Towny Server

Hi, we've just added Towny to our server but we are total Towny noobs! I'm good at plugin management, no probs there, but I don't know what these settings should be to make the game run well as I've never played it before. Some of us have a little, and we are struggling, but would love some Towny enthusiasts to come show us the way!
We have lots of other things going on in the server; it's multiworld. Creative, normal and hard-mode worlds, the hard mode with pvp. Mobarenas and we are making minigames. Towny looks to be great fun... if we knew what to do...
