Trinitycraft. A server that dates back to as early as July '11, it has long been a server dedicated to not only the survival aspect of Minecraft, but the community aspect as well. Here at Trinity, our policy is that Minecraft is a game to come and relax and have fun. It is a place to escape from the pressures of real life and forget your troubles for awhile. We have three rank branches, one for every type of player, whether you like building, pvp, or simply hanging out with friends! We also have a volunteer staff that works around the clock to assist in all of your problems so that you can have fun here at Trinity! There are only a few basic rules to keep everything civil, and a quick glance at our ruleboard ingame will give you all the details. This is starting to sound a lot like a sales ad, so the last thing we'd like to say is welcome, and we hope your stay at Trinity is even better than this poorly written description!
Rules:
Be Smart,
Be Responsible,
Be Mature, and
Be Civil.
Be Smart; if you think that doing something could potentially get you into trouble, then it probably will. Use your best judgement at all times.
Be Responsible; take responsibility for your own actions and don't act in a way that paints you or others in a less-than-positive light.
Be Mature; if you have an issue with someone else, don't "get back at them" by griefing, constantly attacking them, insulting them, etc. Work out any issues that arise as peacefully as you can, and remember that this is a public server, so act like you're in public.
Be Civil; treat others like the fellow human beings that they are. Don't just go around insulting or harassing others, spamming the server, griefing builds, etc.
Most importantly, remember that many problems can be solved without involving a staff member. If a single block is griefed, just fix it, it's not a big deal. It it's a simple argument, try compromising to peacefully work-out your differences. All of our staff are here to help as much as they can, but remember that they're players just like you -- they want to have as much fun as you do, and constantly dealing with petty issues makes things less fun.

For those who prefer hard-and-fast rules, the following is a more specific list of some prohibited activities.
-- General Server Rules --
1. Do not grief, steal from, or break into any home or non-natural structure.
2. Do not attempt to hack the server or use plugins or mods outside of those offered on TrinityCraft and given to the players; no flying, x-raying, god-moding, spawning items, changing the time of day or weather, etc.
3. Do not spam the server or abuse chat privileges; do not use excessive swearing and never insult a player or use defamatory or severely inappropriate language, and never threaten another player or the server.
4. Do not abuse PvP privileges; excessive attacks of players is looked down upon, you may only attack a player in their own home if you get inside without griefing or using flymod, and you may not use /sethome or any other teleportation command to invade another player's home.
5. You may only have a maximum of 12 repeaters on at any given time in a build (this is a server lag issue).
6. Respect staff member's judgement. If they tell you something, it is law unless dismissed by a higher ranking staff member.
-- Faction Rules --
1. Factions are exempt from the usual griefing, stealing, and PvP rules, so long as such action is against another faction (as in, an enemy's faction base) rather than individual players and the attacking faction has posted a declaration of war or similar on the forums in the Faction Discussion area.
2. Factions may not claim territory within 100 blocks of any public portal or warp sign, nor may they claim territory on the main island in the End.
