TRON RP Server

Hmm so i was thinking about it the other day and was wanting to start a tron Rp server but didn't have anyone to help me. What i was wanting to do was plan and build a tron world than have differnt ranks like Users,Programs, and guest for those who are new to the server. But i am needing some people to help me out with it and help me get it started i need people with experience in building doing plugins and other sorts of stuff so plz if your interested in helping me out plz PM with your
