Nobody can or will join, because you are using a local IP address. You must use your external IP address.
There's probably hundreds of thousands of "192.168.0.75" addresses in networks across the world. Trying to connect to that gets absolutely nowhere. You need to find your external IP, and you need to portforward if you haven't done so, which is a process that entirely depends on the router you are using.

I have been trying to port forward and testing my ip but it is not working, I tried a different internet connection at my brothers and that still didn't work
Portforwarding is a very exact process; one lost step will make the process fail. It is best to start from a default configuration router, and consult whatever documentation the router may have for the process. It's not one I could guide you through, a) because of the sheer variety in routers that depend on whatever config interface they use, and b) because it poses security problems that make it so I only rarely go through the process anyways.
