Ultimate Server Build

My Friend and I are starting a server build! This server will have 24 gb of ram! And I would like public input on what should be on the server!
The server will feature a hub that will link to our sub servers. Some sub servers will include
- Hunger games, Spleef, and maybe paintball
- Survival (greifing allowed)
- Survival (greifing not allowed)
- Creative

I would like your input on what else we should add to the server!

We are looking for staff, So people who are very helpful may get the position. But do not expect it as a right.

Also we are looking for builders who will get a free rank, maybe even staff when the server is all ready.

Please not the server will be white listed for the first while and you will have to apply here to get on.
