Imagine a Faction server, which is just stone, caves and bats, that doesn't sound too challanging, eh? Well, we want to create a faction server which is just a world of caves, stone and darkness, which will be explored by our players, have claimed areas with faction plugins and be turned into hardcore version where mobs are stronger, food goes faster down and enchantments are harder to get.
The world will be an underground world and the spawn will be the "dwarf settlement" where you can trade, auction and buy the resources required when you spawn to go out in the caves, mine your way far from spawn and create your own clan, base and defenses, the world will contain enourmous neverending caves that will link to eachother, making exploring hundred times easier for the players to find bases, find areas to build on and find places to stay for the time to settle down, the world will be 7.5k x 7.5K with the world height to 256 from bedrock level, which bedrock being both above and below.
Because you won't see sunlight, ever. You will get challanged with tons of mobs that will attack you over time in waves, there will be care packages sent out in the mines with coords like "Care Package has been spawned in X : 0, Y: 0, Z: 0" and people will be able to find loot there, sometimes less, sometimes more. Enchantments will have lower chance for good enchantments and some enchants will be implemented by plugins to create variety and rarity to items and create a good economy through out the server, where having money is the key to success, which waves of events, we'll create entertaining gameplay for our players and let them feel like they can tell their admins about whatever and give us feedback and bug, that we can fix.

Well, I've started this project and with help with some companies, I could make this to a real server, what I need is a plugin manager, admins and moderators for this server. I do also require a couple of advertisers to create hype until the release of the server, these are the requirements and amount of people I need for each position.
1x Plugin Manager :
-16+ years old.
-Earlier Experience with huge servers or companies in developing or/and managing the server.
-You'll be tested and trusted by that you'll create and manage all the plugins through your computer, send them to me and than if I can trust you, I'll give you the FTP information for the server to do as you please and think is right as long as you ask me for permission.
2x Admins:
-15+ years old. (You can be accepted as 14 years old, depending of the amount of work into the application).
-Earlier experience with handling huge amount of players, supporting, being on your computer a lot.
-Can use the english language good enough.
-You can take action in right situation, doesn't get mad and go on some kind of ban-spree and is calm.
-Good knowledge about plugins, commands and how to use worldguard, worldedit and more.
3x Moderators:
-14+ years old.
-Earlier experience with huge servers and huge amount of players, great support and being on your computer a lot.
-Can use english language good enough.
-You take action, have good knowledge about your commands given to you and doesn't abuse.
Advertiser / Sponsor:
-14+ years old.
-Experience with mature and good advertisement with decent backstory of earlier servers you have been advertising / sponsoring through work / youtube or more.
-Understand that you should not be spamming multiple videos of famous people to view our content, that will make bad reputation for the server and we want "professional / good" advertisement and sponsoring from people.
-Can put a couple hours per day to advertise and work on getting hype for the server until release / after.
You'll have to create your own application, use your best english and show me how much time you put into the application (Choose your rank wisely, you have TWO chances to apply on this post)

I have a few questions. Why are there age limits? I know people usually think 'Age limits are so immature kids don't come online DUH', but that is not true at all. People here someones and and think they are dump and immature, but that's not really true at all. I am 13 and would like to join your server as a staff, or even as a player, but your age limit on staff kind of bothers me.. Can you please explain why there is an age limit WITHOUT saying 'Nope. Your wrong kids are immature'? Because that's what most people answer with.. Also, I would like to join your server as a Beta-Tester/Player if that's ok when it opens to the public.

I speak English fluently and pride myself on correct grammar and spelling. I am able to pick-up on suspicious things, which mainly result in hacking and abusive subjects, I have also worked with many people, administrating on a server which had over 100+ people on at any given time.

Take into consideration, there is absolutely no reason for you to pick me, if you need a person that can act fast and efficiently under pressure by all means pick me. If you need someone to just fill the spot and not do anything, I am not the person for you. Because of my previous experience I have a great understanding of appropriate sanctions and the best means to deter rule breakers, by simply making fair unbiased decisions. My goal is to minimize the amount of rule breaking and create an enjoyable experience for the whole player base. But more to the point I would like to become part of your server's staff to help and encourage new players, provide them any assistance they may need, and generally aid any player in any way they require in a polite, respectful and accelerated manner. Finally I would like to help relieve some of the stress of the other staff members by being active and helping consistently. I can bring my commitment, I would try my hardest to provide players with informative and helpful answers to all their queries, I would do this frequently to make sure all players have an enjoyable experience.
