Upcomming server looking for Crew

My name is Timmie and I am ATM working on a brand new server concept. Now the concept is done I am looking for a crew let me first explain the concept.
Some of you might know the videogame Rust. Its a ultimate survival server kinda like factions (ish). And yes before you guys start saying some people already made a rust themed server, but in my opinions they made it too much rustlike (Gun plugins etc). I would like to keep it more on the minecraft side because lets be honest that why we all play this game (at least I do).
So no guns.
We are looking for:
Builders
Plugin makers (spigot 1.12.2)
3D moddel makers
