Vanilla Minecraft server!

The server is brand new i well accept op application's. Op applications can be typed in here or in game.
So. Heres the test.
MINECRAFT NAME: Just so i dont op the wrong guy
AGE: This is required. Dont worry if your young. Doesent effect the test much.
Skype?: This is not a must but might effect the result a fair bit.
Experience: How many servers have you been admin on and some descriptions on the servers.
Banned: Have you ever been banned?
Steam: Do you have steam? If so skype question doesent effect anything. If you dont have this either it might effect the result a good bit then.
What do you do as admin: Like what do you do mostly as a admin.
And then tell me what the rules are. (You will be trapped in a bedrock room so you cant see the rules.)
And thats it for now.
More info on the server: The server is brand new like i said we are a survival TEAMWORK server. You might lag a bit this is vanilla its unlikely any mods will be added. I am not some evil owner who just does what he wants. But i dont give away items randomly.
Punishment can be made without you being told. So you could get perma banned and NEVER know what you did wrong. (AHEM: thats why you read the rules and keep track xD)
I aim to be a friendly small vanilla server for just the players who feel like VANILLA is how they wanna play.
PVP is enabled but dont go around killing everyone.
