Vanilla Server

Guys i already have a Server now, its 1 week old. And i dont want factions anymore, i want a Vanilla Survival Server? Is anyone Interested In joining? Server has 25 Slots! I will whitelist you ( its not whitelisted now)
I want the server to be able where you cannot Grief, cannot raid, steal items,
Plugins : Lockette , World Guard For Spawn, And GroupManager ( just so people have perms to do ./spawn And Can build. And So If someone Griefs a mod or Admin Can Ban them. I Want a Spawn That is Medieval/Rustic Themed
Should i turn it into a Survival/Vanilla Server? If so i might need one Admin and 2 mods..
