Hello, My name is Michael, I am 14 years of age. I've just finished 8th Grade. Starting my freshman year in HighSchool. Tommy and I have started a network, owning 5 different server right now.(Factions/Prison/Creative Plots/Skyblock/Hub) We are looking for mostly Developers, but we will be accepting some Staff/Builders too, to build prison mines, and spawns, and make make sure the server is cuss free! Myself and Tom have a dream to become a server like Hypixel. Usually the dream like everyone else's has. Myself and Tom are going to be looking for high maturity Developers/Staff/Builders. Have to be 13 or more years of age to become staff. Have to have skype. Have to be very active. Have to have a lot of experience.
Now I'm not going to lie to you, but this Network is very new, we are growing daily, but still new. Now I will know if your reading this because of how you apply, in the application format, I'm not going to be telling you any requirements... There going to be spread out throughout this topic. Me? I'm the Main Owner and Founder of the server network, I have all the power. Tom? He's the Main Owner and Founder of the server too I'm going to make this quick and easy. You need to apply with a lot of detail... I'm not going to accept right away, we will have to talk to you over Skype. If you do not like to be in a call, then we will chat. For some of you this will be a reliever. It was for me when I was 10-12 but 13+ it's so much easier, I have no idea why, but I like it a lot more.

If you got accepted for Developer you did an amazing job on your application, because you are the only one that got accepted! What is your experience with building?I've been a builder of a few of my friends servers e.g ReedynMC,my best friends server it used to be a gloomy sad server then with a bit of builds and structures and websites it actually turned out to become a 120 slot server.
What is your proof that your a builder (optional, if not done, worsens chance of getting accepted)?

Why should we except you?
I love the minecraft community, even though it is harsh at times and I am harsh at it sometimes, but I still enjoy helping it. I like building creations for the good of the community and for my own enjoyment. I don't rage, if I were to leave, I would say my goodbyes and demote myself, not blow the server up first, and I see myself as a good member of your team.
Previous experience?
I have been staff on a few of my friends server and I had a admin position on CreeperCraft, a 30 slot public server hosted by CreeperHost in the UK. It was successful and had alot of players per day, but I didn't like the way the owners were treating the problems (letting the the staff members do all the work and then having them take all the credit) and I didn't like the fact that the chose the worst staff members possible, almost of all of them corrupt. I was also a Mod on ReedynMC, a small 15 slot which usually had 9 users on avg. and 1-2 staff on at one time. It was a fun community but was shut down do to lake of time and lack of good staff (most of them were leaving because they wanted to become staff on a bigger server and they couldn't picture the server growing)

What is your experience with handling situations on servers? I would love to keep peace on the server and due to my overall opinions nothing will really phase me as an insult, but I will gladly accept something along the lines of harass and appropriately take the steps in not having it happen again. On-top of this, I will spend a vast amounts of time on the server, so I would be ensuring chat safety in case no other staff are on or are AFK.I have much experience in moderating (chat and activities going on). I am knowledgeable of the commands used by a chat moderator and can solve player issues quite fast, either it be an argument, question or harassment. I am capable of accomplishing these tasks without the use of a command in many cases.
Why should we pick you over others? I am great around players and can word things easily for anyone to understand from all ages of the players of this server. I have been staff on many different servers so i understand how these servers run and the rules etc and i pick up on things very easily. I am flexible with the rules so I am not too strict which would lead to players disliking the server staff and myself, but I don't allow players to break rules more than once as everyone should get a second chance unless their actions are beyond second chances. I am great around people and am able to help advertise this server to increase the population. I can also help to prevent DDOS, I know this is a common threat to servers. I will find out who did it and perm ban them. I can also deal with rule-breakers

Honestly, I haven't built for ant prison server, but you have to start sometime... I usually like making ice/quartz themed builds (it's what i'm best at), or Lapis based builds.
