Hey guys I was just wondering if I could get some help on my servers. I,m the server owner, striving for my server to become something better than the rest. Its not so hard I Just don't have as much free time as before. Im a professional server owner, And i'm not willing to give up on the server. I like building creations for the good of the community and for my own enjoyment. I don't rage, if I were to leave, I would say my goodbyes and demote myself, not blow the server up first, and I see myself as a good member of your team.
My previous experience:I have been staff on a few of my friends server and I had a admin position on Serb-craft, a 30 slot public server hosted by CreeperHost in the UK. It was successful and had alot of players per day, but I didn't like the way the owners were treating the problems (letting the the staff members do all the work and then having them take all the credit) and I didn't like the fact that the chose the worst staff members possible, almost of all of them corrupt. I was also a Mod on StarCraft, a small 15 slot which usually had 9 users on avg. and 1-2 staff on at one time. It was a fun community but was shut down do to lake of time and lack of good staff (most of them were leaving because they wanted to become staff on a bigger server and they couldn't picture the server growing)

Now...when it comes to server responsibilities, I dont settle for less. What i mean by that is i dont and wont give up easily. Some people would get tired of dealing with a situation but not I. I will work at the problem until its fixed, but non the less, will not cause additional problems in the process. As you can see, My special powers on minecraft are farming and barning. I have been Moderator on servers with over 400 players on them, so I know what it is like to handle lots of players. Sometimes I have even moderated servers professionally. But I will do this job for 100% free! I started moderating servers about 2 years ago, and I have loved it ever since. I do not like the administrator position to much, mainly because everyone wants it. I like to stick to the lower ranks.
What can you do to help the server?: I love moderation because in my opinion, it is the position that interacts with players the most. Administrators are always afk talking to other staff members in skype or talking with the owner about server needs, which is important, but that is just not for me. Moderators are the guys that you see online dealing with the players and making sure there experience is the best it can be. I can interact with players and make sure everyone of them is having the best experience possible! I can handle situations with ease and always keep my cool.

How much time can you dedicate to the server?: Weekdays: 1-2 hours, Weekends/Summer/Break: 4-6 Hours
Past experience: I'm currently working to build a server map on a whitelisted server. Making a hub on another server. And currently making an adventure/parkour map in SinglePlayer Mode.
What can you do to help the server?: I can help the server by leaving the building to me, And not other people stressing to finish all their work and have to help build parts of the server, I'm the guy you call. Also, I can help the server by advertising on Planet-Minecraft and bumping posts so that we can get a constant flow of members to join the spectacular server

Are you able to contribute money: Unfortunately at the moment I am not able to contribute any money to the server. I hope that in a few months I will be able to constantly help the server out.
Past experience in a server management position?: This topic could go on forever, I have been moderating/managing servers for 3 years now. I have owned 3 servers, 1 of them pretty successful. I was recently the Head-Admin for a server called ReflectiveMC that shut down due to being hacked. I was moderator on about 10-11 servers, admin on 6-7 I graphic designed for 1 server and I was the co-owner on 2 servers, one called "DynastyCraft" and another called "VortexPVP"
What can you do to help the server?: I think my plugin/mod management could come in handy since I was administrated many servers and have been playing minecraft for 5 years I know almost every plugin including essentials and worldedit, these are the two I find really important to a public server, if a server does not have essentials it is done. I also can do permissions with the plugin "GroupManager" I am flexible to learning new plugins if needed. I would like to create a fun community for players to cooperate and try to do anything they want. I think the MineCraft community is one of the best unlike competitive games MineCraft is peaceful and no one fights. I can be your best man, because if your not on I can take over and keep the server running smoothly. Before the server starts I can help you and the other builders build all the important "wonders" such as a spawn or any of the warps. I want to build a popular server that will one day be one of the big servers.
Anything else I should know?: I live in Calgary, Alberta which is in Canada, eh? I think the person above me who applied is a troll he mentioned his spelling is very good but he spelled "spelling" with two e's and one "L."
