Wanted : Creative server developer

What I need

I need somebody who can basically set up an entire server.
with this I mean experience with plugins and how to edit them

I'm starting a personal server and I'm going to use it as a way to chat with members from another server in private as well for using it as a place to make my personal projects so I don't get bothered.

Requirements

experience with the following plugins ;
- multiverse-core
- permissionsEX ( PEX )
- world guard
- essentials
- world edit

experience with the following is useful but not required

- voxel sniper
- plotme plugin ( not sure of this plugin it's actual name )

Reward?

You will get credit for all your work but unfortunately paypal was removed in my country so I can't actually pay you. ( yet )
However I will owe you and I can return this favor by building something for you.
for example a server spawn ( decent size ) for your own server.
I have experience in building I'm an official member of the Mithrintia build team check the youtube info section on the channel for verification. ( my IGN is sarcasticburger )
