You just described my brand new server lol. No Factions or Towny, dynamic economy with prices changing based on supply and demand, mcMMO with diminishing returns which allows casual players to remain competitive with hardcore players. We have little to no lag and most of all we are 100% non-profit with zero donation perks or rewards.
