Wanted: Texture Pack Maker

Hello everyone I am looking for a Texture pack creator for the Fallout-RPG server we are in the process of building. The texture will be based on cross between Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas. I can provide more details (like what they will get in return for creating the pack as well as other project details) to anyone interested in the position/job.
