Wanting to host a server co-owner needed

Hi I am Oreo! I would gladly like to be admin, builder, staff, co-owner etc. or anything that involves having a job on you're server. I am friendly to everyone when someone joins I love to welcome them and greet them! I am fair and I follow the rules, I treat everyone fairly and I am very nice! If anyone needs help I love to help out. I know every command and I will study the rules of your server and recognize them! I have been told from many different people I should be admin or a builder, I also have been told I should be a moderator quit a few times. Everything you would want in an co-owner= Me, I am your perfect co-owner! I am a professional (clarified) at building and I have made a whole city before many people admired it (on minecraft of course), I am known for a lot of detail and creativity and liveliness added in to my work that makes it realistic! I am very good when it comes to guest and I would gladly give them a tour of the server if they are new (if necessary)! I am great at spelling so you won't see any spam from me (and you will defiantly never finding me breaking the rules)! I am smart when it comes to minecraft, I can insure you I won't do anything stupid you'll be pretty impressed! I get along with anyone and I will guarantee you I'll make sure everyone is following the rules. I am on minecraft a lot so I will be on mostly everyday from day to night literally out of 24 hours a day usually on 15 hours a day or longer. I am outgoing and I have a lot of knowledge. I don't grief, and I don't steal I can tell you that much. I don’t know if I mentioned this or not but I am great at Redstone, I love inventing things that no one else can make its so much fun! I have also been on minecraft for a while now so I know how everything works so yes I do have lots of experience! I also get things done quickly many people are impressed on how quick it takes me to build cities, amusement parks etc. because I add a lot of work and detail into it!
