Website Coder!

Hi guys I'm currently making a server and I want a custom website. I don't like enjin or webs or anything because they all display that it was made by them and I want my website to be unique to the minecraft world. Obviously they would need to know html, php and the other codes to making a website. I also want a forums on it so they should be able to set up a database linked with it php. I have tried making a website but every time I try I fail I'm stills studying html. So if you can help me for free please do I really need the website . they will be credited and if they want when we post our server up to public they can be Coder rank

(The server is going to be a Hub server with Factions, Survival, Mini-Game's, Hungergames and more.)
