Weird server thing [whitelisted]

i'm sick with my old server, everyone was just a stranger and we didn't know each other. we just played the server and were fake "friends" so that's why I put a whitelist on my server.
i want a server where everyone is real friends, this may sound a bit weird, this whole thread is weird, I doubt someone will actually appeal. but I just want a server where everyone is real friends.
so i'm putting a few requirements, you must be 16 years old and not younger.
so how do I appeal?
you can send me an p.m, and I'll add you on skype, or some voice chat app. i'm dutch by the way, so I would actually prefer dutch people, but it doesn't matter I speak English too (with an really crappy accent xD).
