Hello! it would be the greatest of honors if i could be an Admin on XenoNetwork. As Being an Admin I will assure to do my best at everything i can to help XenoNetwork Grow bigger and bigger. I am amazing with commands and if u need help with any plugins i'm your man. I like to be goofy and have lots of fun but I know the right time to be serious and mature. Hope you accpet!

I can:
-Administrate a Server (Admin)
-Moderate a server (Moderator)
-Help a server out (Helper)
I am applying for admin, but I will also set up plugins for you!
Here is a short paragraph why I should be an admin!
I feel the importance of being staff on any server is to be respectful, you need to remember that you a staff on the server are a human being and need to treat other people with respect like you would treat yourself. I know that sound very clique but you need to remember that you are not special if you are staff. Another thing I find that is very important is having fun. Having fun makes you a better staff member for yourself and the people around you. Now would you rather have a Staff member who is boring staff member who doesn't talk in chat and just does his job, or would you have a staff member that talks to the server members and has fun answering questions. I am a very friendly person to walk up to. I have been playing Minecraft on and off for around three years now and have settled down to trying to be staff on servers. I have staff experience on other servers they got nowhere big but the experience has been good for me, I've learned from Minecraft the basic tools to have other people enjoy the game and have fun on the server. I on other servers have created races the players can take part in and have increased the amount of drop parties a server has to make more people on it and make a fun experience for the staff and players. I should be staff because I'm friendly, ill always welcome a new player or a regular. I'm reliable, I enforce the rules and I am against power abuse.I am interested in helping a high quality server, and this is a perfect opportunity. I am trustworthy, good builder, likable, Younger children are not seen as immature by myself. I view immaturity from a person's attitude and personality whilst under pressure. I would definitely never call someone younger than me, that they are a child or immature, just because they are involved in a problem. You have to treat a younger person as if they are just as respected and important as you are. If a younger person feels as if they are not important, then there is something wrong with the person attempting to help the person. Personally, I would attempt to put myself in the person's shoes and see whether or not he is at fault. I would not make he or she feel as if they are just another part of the group, but that their decisions and choices are valid. If you treat someone younger with respect, they'll return the same respect back to yourself. I am different because i love helping players more than anyone else and have a very positive and very good attitude, which is better than other people who want staff just for power and abuse. I will not do this. I want staff to a) help you and b) develop my skills as staff and help out brilliant server grow! I can be trusted a lot and can accomplish tasks working to a time limit.: I have been admin on 1 server, moderator on 4 servers, co-owner on 1 server and i owned 2 servers. So i am very experienced. I can be very strict sometimes if staff are abusing their power and being nasty but i can also have a joke when everyone is being nice and laughing like the great community your server is. This shows i have a considerable amount of experience of being a staff member and would make a good improvement to your server.

Hello! I would love to be able to be a part on your server. Being a Moderator would be a good role I think for me but if you need me to I can setup plugins for you! I am not always the best builder but depending on the task I can do a good job if I take my time. I know how to use many of the main plugins because I love to mess around in a localhost server so you really won't have the struggle to teach me anything .
