Do you want one great developer for your server?

I'm currently looking far a server (one of the bigger) that needs a Plugin Developer. Before I start you might want to take a look at one of my works, to see what level of programeing I'm on:

Hej thaH3lper jag skulle vilja ha ett plugin just för tillfölet har jag ite någon riktig server men jag har en offline server jag har fixat med jag ska snart öppna serven men skulle förs behöva några plugins mini-games och detta:

/additem 1-100(Chance). Then it opens a gui to put the item in
(Enchanted and Renamed Items Work)
/Pe Opens egg gui with items Max 5 ITEMS(VERY-REAR)
/Peggme Gives 3 eggs ONLY works every 48 hours
Premissons:
Premisson for /additem : pegg.add
Premisson for /pe : pegg.Open
Premisson For /peggme pegg.Donator

I'm DE3PWE3DS a server owner with a full time job out side of Minecraft.
I may need a developer to build 3 to 4 mini games to start. As well as some spawn toys like turning other players in to something funny for a 60 seconds or so. After 10 player changes you get points to be used and spent.
I have a few ideas I'd like to add to my server.
Do you do land plugins? Making a hole new and different world seed? I have a crazy-cool idea for this..I will be a challenge...
There are so many ideas I have i would like to explore and put in to my server if possible.
I am not a kid, or young any more. I just love to play PC games. "I had an Atari when it first came out. That should give you an idea of how old i am....lol
