Adding saves?

I have a Mac and I was just wondering how do I upload a minecraft world save to a project. Also I've built it in creative so how can I turn it to survival?

Don't know about that on the first question, sorry. But to solve the 2nd problem you have to download a change mode program. Simply search "Minecraft change mode" on Google for example.
