Okay, it has been about 5 days now and I have not gotten my affiliate link up there.

I get 200+ hits a day not including from posting on planet minecraft.
This is my mini logo IN proper format and size
I even tried to contact them, but I haven't gotten a reply.
Are they finished accepting affiliates? Am I not good enough for them? I have THEIR big logo on my homepage too.

Have patience, please. And like you said, it has only been five days.. Just wait a bit longer and check in later. I'm not exactly sure how long the process takes to have your site verified for affiliation and what not, but I would think it could take some time..
