Are Adfly links allowed?

ok so i read the rules and i read something about adfly links, a lot of people have been using these so is it ok to use them

When you submit something when your lvl 20+, an adfly box (Next to download links) appears. If your less than lvl 20, don't post those

I think it is ok to ues adfly, but only if you upload fully original content. And many people find them annoying.

Yes, it is ok to use them - But not until you're a level 20.
