Avatar Problems

So I found a cool avatar related to the server I am currently administrated on and it is showing up as an error, I changed it to 100px by 100px and it did not have problems then. When I went to look at it after I submitted, it showed up as an error where my avatar is supposed to be. Please help me on this, it's very annoying to know that something I look for about half an hour for is a waste of time.

Make sure the picture you downloaded is 100x100.
