Biome Problem

So I'm playing on my server and it got griefed, but someone also was able to change my beautiful swamp/grassland biome into freaking nasty old tundra so now my spawn is covered in snow. Does anyone know how to change the biome back to swamp or at least get rid of the snow? ( I've already done ?thaw and it doesnt keep the snow away for more than 3 minutes)

Sounds like you have an old seed :I
