This is my friends Joker Bostain.
We have asked in several places and haven't been able to fix this. As you can see in the video, Jokers game is really messed up and we can't find any way to fix it.
When he tries to log in, One chunk loads and every player online has a steve skin.
He Has the game so Don't instantly reply and yell "well he's using a cracked client!" or whatever because he has had the game since alpha. He is staff on my server and he is unable to do his job because he can't log in. can someone please help me fix this Because I am completely clueless.

He probably needs to update his Java or re-download minecraft.
