"Bump Submission button"?
I always hear about the "Bump Submission button", but I can't find it. It is for higher level users (above level 20)? Even the "Rules" on PMC state there is a "Bump Submision button".
Where and when is the "Bump Submission button" unlocked, so to speak?

It also is only on server submissions, there is no valid "bump" for anything besides servers. Valid updates are fine, but updating just to bump is not.
Bump submission buttons are only on server submissions, I believe. They might be on mods, but I don't think so.
It's in the update log section, above the box to type in the update reason.

I think he is talking about update-bumping, where you post a valid update, causing your submission to "bump" to the top of Recently Updated.
