Although, just a tip for him or her for use in the future: There's an edit button, so you can edit your post to add more to it, so you don't need to double post, which I actually just realized......

You have to do it once every 24 hours, or it won't be bumped.
However, you can't just go ahead and use the update log unless you actually made changes to the skin, otherwise you're abusing it.

I just did it again and waited 5 minutes skin didn't show up on new list?

I did update log but when I check skin list its not on top? and I am not gonna abuse it...
did you click save log then do 'save skin' also pmc gets some lag so you may have to wait
it's called an update log. don't abuse it
