I cant write a description!

When ever I try to make a project it doesnt allow me to write a description for it, I try to click the box where you write a Desc. But it doesnt work. Why is this happening? How can I fix it? I've tried writing my Desc elsewere and then copying and pasting, but that doesnt work either.
