Hello! I got on a server, and for some reason he shot a bow, it dropped a bowl. and when you tryed to pick it up it blowed up? And then after that... He shot someone and it blew up. I wanna go trolololo on my server. Anyone know that command?

So what do you want fixed? You said someone shot a bow and it dropped a bowl? Then you tried to pick up the bowl and it blew up? Then he shot someone and something else blew up? Now you wanna go "trolololo" on your server?

You've mucked up the spacing in essentials.config. Copy it to pastebin and send a startup log, I'll be able to fix it.
