Commenting Issue

When i try to comment on my submission i get this message "You do not have permission to comment on this submission."

I'm not sure what i have done to achieve this?

But i am still banned. Could it be due to swearing in a comment? I just wish i could reply to people on my submission. -_-

apparently you received a one-day uploading ban. I'm not sure why, but you'll be able to comment tomorrow.
