Compromised Minecraft account [java]

My Minecraft Microsoft account has been compromised about 6 months ago since then I have contacted Mojang and Microsoft nonstop. All of my attempts have failed and now Microsoft permanently suspended my account with no way of refunding or getting back any game license back.

I can't describe how much this account means to me! I just need anyone to help me and guide me through to get it back!
