I have a 32Bit Laptop with 8GB RAM, But it's 32Bit so that means only 4GB Is being used, I have tried to play FTB But runs out of memory What can I do?

Yes, you should be using a 64 bit operating system, but installing one will not directly solve your problem. When launching minecraft, java only allocates around 500Mb for the game. Depending on how much ram you are using regularly (idle) you should be able to increase that, even with only 4gb of ram usable.
Open up the FTB launcher. Click on options, and move the slider for RAM to 1.0GB. Try playing the game. If it doesn't work, go up to say 1.25GB. I would not recommend going over 1.5GB seaming how you only have about 4GB (in reality 3.something) available for your OS.
That should work, or help for the most part. In the long run however, you will want to upgrade to either 64 bit windows (7/8) or a different operating system. If you don't mind missing out on other games only available to windows, than Linux is a fantastic free alternative operating system. I would recommend Ubuntu 14 (64 bit) for new users. Oh yeah, if you upgrade, make sure to install 64 bit java as well.

You'll need to install a 64-bit OS. If you don't have a 64-bit copy of Windows laying around, you'll probably want to go with Ubuntu 14.04.
