Computer Problems
I've recently got a weird problem with my computer. I changed the bios and when I restarted my computer it didn't boot. But that is quite normal. All you need to do is reset the bios.. But off course that doesn't work for me. Do you have any tips? On other Forums people have had similar problems. And the only way is to buy a new motherboard, which I don't really want to do if it's not 100% un-fixable.
Some more info:
So the computer starts normally but doesn't boot. All the fans are starting and so does the graphic card, hard disk and processor. As I said I've tried to reset the bios and that doesn't work. But maybe i'm doing it wrong.
How I do:
1. Shutdown the computer.
2. Unplug the power cord.
3. Move the jumper on the motherboard to CMOS clear, wait a couple of seconds, and then move it back to default.
4. Plug in the power cord.
5, Start the computer.
I've also tried moving around my memory sticks.
I know this isn't really the right Forum to post this question in, but I need to try everything I can to make this work.
I really need help with this. Thanks!
