Ok so all today i havnt been able to coonect to my server, but everyone else has been able to. A freind has been able to connect to the server from his pc using my login details.
I cant connect to any other servers either. I am getting the coonection timed out message, and
internal client error:java.net.socket extenstion:network is unreachable connect.
I have re downloaded minecraft and java, ive have tried turning of my firewall completly and still no luck.
Im all out of ideas and really need help on this one as im trying to get my server ready.

No idea then. Check to make sure that you have bandwidth from your computer (ie, torrents using all your bandwidth or streaming music or whatever). Other than that, I do not believe that it is a problem that we can help with. If those are fine, check with the people you are hosting with.
im using fragnet.net, a payed for server, so its nothing to do with my ports or what ever, it was fine yesterday and has been since i started with minecraft-but ye as i said i cant connect to any servers, i have literally tried everything i can think of.
Are you hosting the server on the same machine as the client (you try connecting from same place you are hosting). If so, try to connect using localhost as the address.
