Remove Forge, recheck available size on disk, reinstall Forge- device space permitting. After installing the original game.jar fine of course...
Make sure the game runs again... then install the mod again. If the device space permits it. If Droid- Install it to SD- NOT the OS drive... yes this has some reported issues... but much less than the mod-hog eating up your OS drive.
