Essentials Help Server [WaterBukkit]

hey i have an annoying issue, were everytime u use a command like Gamemode 1/GMC it pops up a mssg telling how many mails i have. im not interested in having the mail mssg popping up all the time i use an essential command. i use /thru /speed /gmc and other essential commands all the time. is there a way to fix this problem?
