Hi all,
I've recently purchased a new laptop and haven't been able to get minecraft to load.
Minecraft crashes after I login to the minecraft launcher.

Laptop Specs:
Toshiba C660
Windows 7 Home premium 64bit
Intel® Core™ i3-370M Processor (2.40 GHz)
4GB DDR3 RAM (1,066 MHz)
Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator HD (memory : up to 1,696 MB shared memory
What I've tried:
- Restored PC to factory settings
- Updated to latest Video card drivers
- Reinstalled Java
- Tried Java 64bit
- Deleted .minecraft and relaunched
- Ensured minecraft is accessible through firewall
- Tried the in-browser minecraft (didn't work)
I'm completely out of ideas. This is my brothers laptop and was intended mainly for Minecraft

Locked: Problem solved!
so maybe uninstall the ati driver if u dont ahve an ati card?
Yep. I downloaded the Intel driver and installed it manually using (Have disk) in device manager gfx card properties.
Rebooted and now all works fine.
