How do i get exp i tried creating a forum post becuase someone said that is how you get it i am confused

You don't get exp from the forum or chat. You get exp from submissions (texture packs, blogs, etc.). Each diamond, view, or comment you get earns you some exp. Before you start posting though, make sure to read the rules.
