ive been geting this msg a lot when i try to join servers any help????

Just force update your Minecraft. That is common problem, It happened over 10 times to me, just force-update and open minecraft.
That works too
1)Are you logged in?
2)Do you have two windows open at once?
3)Quit minecraft and try again

Just try to join the server again. It will eventually work.
