Feedback on server reporting

So, I reported my issue twice on the servers part of the site, no response whatsoever for 1+ weeks. My issue is that someone has used the same ip as me, then closed down their server, but left the thread, meaning I can't update the IP of my server, or even update it for that matter. Terrible response times for such an annoying problem...
