Can the Server Banner upload PLEASE support Flash or HTML5! I have great banners that i cant upload!

Gif is a limited and old file. I was just suggesting a more updated file type. Plus my flash banner is sexy

I think he meant to say what are the already made ones. For now, use GIF for animation.
