type in cmd in ur search bar, then type in the cmd, cd %appdata%\.minecraft it increased my FPS by 13, should do the same 4 u

how do i tell what my graphics card is?
Go to your Video Settings in Minecraft, Turn to Tiny Render Distance, Fast graphics, and to Max FPS(I forget what option this is under. Sorry)
