I was having a few issues with my coding in my new mod, the katana.
so this guy called:
xXBrozZXx Said he would fix it.
So he did.
But then instead of sending it me back , he uploads it as his own.
WTH!
I'm really mad as that took me ages, but yet it took him like an hour.
If a MODERATOR could please respond that would me much appreciated.

I still say the best way to deal with this is to contact a mod, which you have done... So... Have a cookie? Also, it's worth mentioning you shouldn't make a public thread about it, and go directly to the mods :3

Out of curiosity did you message a site/global mod about it and give them a day or two to handle it before this post? Also if he did have a bunch of people report your mod it will do no more than a single person reporting it, all that matters is if they can provide proof in the report to cause a removal, if you were to in the PM or report give more proof than he was able to then you may be able to get this resolved in the mean time. Other than that I noticed that you conversation with him appears to have been in skype, if this is correct then one thing i would say is try to not give up the actual code you are using but rather samples of something similar so as to avoid future mod theft. We can't use a skype conversation as proof if its all you have as its really a he said/she said type of thing and we have no control over what goes on outside of the site itself.

I feel your pain, I've had work stolen from me too. But the moderators on this site are really helpful with that.
Have you tried filing a report on the mod itself? There's a little button that looks like a flag and it even says flag/report next to it. Press it and file your report with all the proof you have, which most likely include the screenshots you have.
If it is here on planetminecraft you should provide a link here so moderators can check it out. However if it is on another site there's very little you can do on this end, you'll have to talk to the sites moderators/admin.
There's very little us users can do so that's as useful as I can be.
The only thing you can do is report, pm a moderator (personally I recommend joining the sites chat and see if there is an active one there) and wait for the results.
