I downloaded the schematics and MCedit but i dont know what to do from there.

Okay first lets do the steps on setting up MCEdit,
1) Make sure you have exited Minecraft completely when opening MCEdit
2) Once MCEdit is open, choose the world you wish to import the schematic in.
3) then at the bottom of MCEdt you should see a menu with different option, click on the image which looks like a crane.
4) Find the schematic file you downloaded and open it,
5) You should now have the file in MCEdit, from there you can move it about and place it where ether you want.
