Help! Why am I being targeted?

I beleive I am being targeted by moderators and I have had 3 skins get taken down! ONE HAD 6 DIAMONDS! It was a pigman with a saddle on its head, a skin of a guy with diamond armor, and a sponge man! WHY???? AND I AM BANNED FOR 24HOURS DOING ANYTHING!

Well one of the uploading rules on PMC is "No copies from the minecraft.jar" or something like that. So Mojang may not care but I think PMC does. (Unless this has changed since I last checked)

Mojang owns the rights to all the textures of minecraft, so just by, the pigman, the saddle, the diamond armor, and the sponge.

This isn't the reason, a game that let's you distribute it's source without a commercial license wont get upset for using textures, the reason is supplied when it's taken down, so OP knows why it was taken down.

Explain modding then.

And "open source" was not the term, you have no rights to it, but you are allowed to edit it, and re-upload it.

But I didnt steal anthing! I have seen steve skins with some red on it stay up! I had a shaded steve I made from a blankened steve! IT LOOKED... BEAST!

Ik y.U copied those skins or took them without permission and added only minor details.I know how you feel.My cyborg nyancat got took down
