When my friend connects to the server, he stays on for about 5 seconds, and then disconnects and his minecraft crashes. Is there any reason why it doesn't work? He isn't ip banned, cause he can connect from his other account, he's not banned, we tried that. Please help!

Does it give an error of any kind when he disconnects?
