My computer (laptop) cant seem to load textures right, I can watch videos with the correct textures and it works. (Even my dads 525MB RAM computer loads it right)

even with the whole .minecraft folder (I backed up my stuff)

Re-download Minecraft, delete your .bin minecraft folder.
I've had this problem since I got minecraft (1.4_1)
Mcpatcher doesn't help, its also with the default pack!
For the texture pack problem, I suggest you use mcpathcher, but the skins? I have no clue...
