Help needed
so my friend messaged me a link to a MC video and i clicked on it and something called frame started to download i cant open it and now whenever i go to youtube more and more download every i wanna say 2-5 min i currently dont have enough money to restore my norton i dont know what to do. any idea's or help would be nice

Put Ur Pc Back To Factory Settings
How?
Search EVERYWHERE in your Control Panel for which says "Factory Reset" or something similar
Uniinstall Frame in Add or Remove Programs.
Cant uninstall its not a program i just have keep moving from downloads to the recycle bin
