This is just the client-side of the site, the server side is only available at the server, and it's probably there they update the list of online players. So you can't get the players online bar that way. And if you did, I think PMC would demand you to take it down.
When I copy the source its not updating, just says 156 players all the time -_-

go to the page, and at the top to the left of the pmc logo right click and click on view source and it will show you the coding hopefully!

You Need to make a domain name they ussauly cost money just look it up on google im not exactly sure how
