ive seen some people "paste" chat or commands in minecraft, How?

All you need to do is type the things in notepad, right click and copy, go to mc chat and press and hold Ctrl + V

probaly press tab when typing a command e.g /game [tab] /gamemode

When you are in chat mode, tap the up arrow to type what you previously wrote into chat.

Paste = ctrl + v
